2nd ESO:I didn't do my homework because...


Make up a GOOD excuse for your teacher for not doing your homework.

Write your excuse, practise reading it, record it and upload the audio file to the Padlet below (click the big pink (+) button). 

Requirements:
-minimum 50 words
-start with "I didn't do my homework because..."
-use simple past and past continuous tenses
-use linkers (suddenly,while,when, then, a minute later, etc)
-be creative (no my-dog-ate-my-homework excuses,please)
-use correct pronunciation and intonation.

3rd ESO: Introducing oneself: about me


You are a new Youtuber/blogger and you want to post your first video/podcast  online introducing yourself.


1. Listen to Rob’s introduction again and use it as an example.

 REQUIRED ELEMENTS:

from 2'30" to 3' min 
  • Personal Data
  • Family
  • Town
  • Hobbies
2. Plan your speech by writing what you want to say.

  •    Remember to include transitions and linking devices to make it sound as natural as possible e.g As for…/Regarding…)
  •    Avoid repetitions
  •    Check grammar mistakes


3. Memorise and practise your speech.          

4. Record it on video or audio.

5. Upload your video or podcast to dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/register; or https://www.wetransfer.com/.
